The college has started his function in the year 2001 with 100 U.G (MBBS) Admissions To begin with as it was a backward and underdeveloped area, there were lot of problems, but by the tireless efforts of Pooja Swamiji and Management now the college is making its markings in the National & Inter National Levels. From 2011 the college has started Post Graduate Courses also.
Always the staff of the college are involved in standard Academic activities like conducting CME’s, Conferences, Quiz’s, Publishing Papers – Nationally & Internationally , Involving UG’s & PG’s in number of Research and Statistics activities. Results of the college in the UG (MBBS) Exams of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore are always not less than 75% with large number of Merits and First classes from First year to Final year.
